right. floyd had this epiphany that he will lead all athletes to a cleaner sport. this came suddenly at the outset of the negotiations with pac. he sounded like a leader with a vision back then and people praised him for that. hey *****, the only time floyd turns into a loudmouth about this is when he is enforcing pac to take the tests. people are expecting him to take active measures to invite other sports to implement it. simply taking the drug test silently is short of his glorious vision.

Cleaning the sport AT MINUMUM requires more stringent tests than Floyd has ever demanded. Needs to be 24/7/365 random blood, with absolutely zero missed testing appointments.

Floyd can't clean up the sport by himself, but he seems to be setting the tone for future testing. Who else has followed suit here or abroad? I think they test over there in Europe, not sure.
