Just saying that if he were sincere about keeping people clean, he would have demanded something more than what he has already. He could demand that anyone he fights must have already subjected themselves to tests a for a year before the date of fight, whenever it's contracted for. Anything less means that he's not interested in establishing that either he or his opponents are truly "clean."

A year before the date of the fight? You're kidding right? No, the testing he and other boxers go through is enough. As long as they are clean for 2-3 months, I as a fan am satisfied. Boxing doesn't even have a pension, and that kind of year round testing isn't necessary, and it's expensive. Boxing is way bigger than Floyd.
