Mayweather Ortiz NY Press Conference

Is it me, or does Ortiz seem like he's gone a bit mad after the Maidana fight, mad as in crazy? Its like he's had a nervous break down inbetween, as he comes off a bit bitter and deluded.

 

I think he was shocked by the reaction he got from the journalists in particular, he seems to have a "me against the world" type of attitude now and i for one like it.

 

yip so do I, I've heard a couple of interviews in the last few weeks with Ortiz the guy badly wants respect.

 

Another thing to consider is the young man's background. Coming from a similar background, I found it hard to find a comfortable peace of mind WITHOUT being in the spotlight. When you really look at it, he is learning how to become a man all on his own. With the addition of the shadyness of boxing being present.
I really wish freddie was coaching him for this fight.

 

It's about time Mayweather comes out of his cave
