Mayweather-Ortiz Predictions??

Floyd by TKO in the 9th (cuts).

 

Pretty much every Mayweather fight goes 12 rounds with very few moments of excitement. If Floyd has his way, this will too.

I'm hoping Ortiz can bring some pressure and make this into a fight. My official prediction, however is a 12 round move, stick, move, clinch affair.

 

Has Ortiz ever been cut?

 

Mayweather 118-109 UD, with a Ortiz KD'd along the way. He likes the canvas almost as much as JMM does.

 

I can see alot of fighting on the inside myb Ortiz can use the uppercut to effect, floyd wil catch him comin in all nite long tho.

Ortiz will bring his best game on, but will lose just about every round by a small margin as Floyd will score just enough to win.

Excitement level of this fight will be just a little bit more than Mayweather-Mosley.

First three rounds are exciting as Ortiz charges Mayweather and the crowd roars at punches that are blocked, smothered, or miss completely...

Ortiz begins to slow down from fatigue...

Mayweather starts picking him apart around round 6-12...

That's about it...

 

Ortiz upset a suspect ranked conteder, is slow with his hands, and doesn't protect himself, just the way Floyd likes em. Should be another easy decision, unless Mayweather has completely lost it with all this time off. Would be funny if Ortiz knocked him out, but I'm not even betting v-cash on it. Ok, maybe a little, I got enough to spare. :good

 

Have a sneaky feeling Mayweather is going to stop Ortiz.
