Bradley, Cotto rematch and Margarito Rematch. You really think Mayweather vs Khan will make that much? lol Khan ain't hatton. Hatton was England's kid. Why do you think Khan is fighting here in the US? lol
Man, you ******s love Pacquiao so much. Not only do you guys enjoy watching him fight Mayweathers leftovers, you want to watch him fight his own leftovers. He beat Cotto and Margarito decisively.
Don't be stupid kid.... Those are the exact numbers I thought the fight would end up doing. Great numbers.... But a 1/3 of those buys came in on Saturday which only happened thanks to the controversial ending. At this point.... Floyd and PAC are equal in terms of being the top US PPV draw. Both have the ability to consistently produce 7 figure PPV buys which is great for boxing. One thing everyone gives credit for is Floyd can definitely sell the **** out of his fights.
and he won't ever be on one again either.. good numbers. the in house attendance wasn't so flattering or so I heard..
Yeah these numbers arent even offical, just rumoroed. I doubt it even did 1.3 . If it's true, it's pretty good considering Ortiz isn't a name. And I guess it proves Floyd has some magical ability to sucker people into buying his disapointing fights.
**** these Money v Pac PPV numbers threads are ****ing boring! Bottom line - Both are superstars - big ****ing deal if Money sells a 100K more PPVs in the States, big ****ing deal if Pac sells out the house whilst Money has 3K empty seats! At the end of the day they are both HUGE! If I had to choose who to watch I'd always go with Pac because his entertainment value (Morales trilogy, Marquez double, Hatton, Cotto) present greater bang for buck than anything Money has partaken in! That does not mean Money is not awesome at what he does!
WTF? Ortiz is american too, he's from Kansas....let me fix it for you Mayweather-African american Ortiz-Mexican american in the end both American.
A lot of mexicans sure pony up money to watch their fighters lose lately.. but i'm sure they were all tuned in to see Canelo and El Terrible.
