Funny especially when considering Pac-JMM was pretty much a done deal before Pac-Mosley was even finished.:deal

no honestly i wouldn't be surprised if ortiz beats floyd. he's too inactive it has to catch up on him eventually surely?

All he has to do is land 3 clean hard punches as opposed to just 2 to accomplish this feat. Should not be hard for a champion, even against the best boxer in the world. `Should not` being the key words ;)

Good to see Floyd back on his urge again. Floyd will definitely WIN this one on a lopsided decision, or a late TKO. ****ing Ortiz has no defense man. It's like Hatton-Floyd all over again, for sure!!!

Still hoping for Floyd to find his missing balls and fight pacquiao on 2012 before we all see the great apocalypse!!!

Ortiz really is not a great fighter at this point. Berto was decent, and Ortiz beat him, but before this ight Ortiz was known for being inconsistent, and now Floyd handpicks him. Floyd will win easily. I do like Ortiz inside power and uppercuts, but they will not land against Floyd.

ortiz is quite green and not yet ready for floyd at this point but he has to grab this opportunity. easy fight and money for floyd and a good tune-up to set for a possible pac fight next year.

    NOT a good fight.

Ortiz isn't that good. the problem was Berto was already exposed and he hadn't fought in years. Ortiz was given an opportunity and he took care of business.

Anything NOT named Pacquiao is a weak fight. Sorry guys, but we all know Floyd fights once a year, he's probably gonna take some time off. Find another tuneup. Wash rinse Repeat.

He's never going to fight Pacquiao. I've accepted that..

but more power to you guys. Prepare to be amazed when FLoyd beats a regular slow Ortiz.

obviously not the best fight out there for floyd, but not bad a fight at all either.

i think it's a great fight, i just wished berto would have won because i felt mayweather would challenge the winner of that fight.i wanted mayeather vs berto for a while now since him and manny are not fighting.besides ortiz is a better fighter then mosley at 147 and margo at 150. what i dont get is everyone praised ortiz in his win over berto, but now haters are going back to talking about him like he just fought madiana. i thought he redeemed himself big time in the berto fight, because i had him going to bed in the 7 or 8 rds. this is great fight and guess what hes not fight his old sparring partner or hatton.
hes not fighting little guys like bradley or kahn, ortiz is a solid welter weight.coming in at 161 last fight, he should have been there yrs ago.

not the best fight out there, but pac won't take the test and is signing fights within minutes of finishing his last fight, arum is spinning nonsense, so, in a way, it kind of is the best(realistic) option out there.

I hope ortiz puts it all the line. If he just tries to box with floyd he's gonna get outclassed.

Very good fight, Ortiz will test Floyd's age in his first live fight since facing Hatton.

If Old Shane can land on Floyd then a young fit Ortiz will also at some point with power, very good viewing.
