Yes, let's not get in to the stupid drug-testing thing.

However, I do agree with you on the PR side of things. Taking advantage of Ortiz' current popularity after beating an overhyped Berto, is a clever thing to do. But that doesn't make him the best opponent out there, like you and many others are claiming. Bradley may well be a feather-fisted melon-head that can't even convince his own family to watch his fights, but he's a much harder fight than Ortiz is.

And yes, Margo and Clottey may not have had a meaningful win in years, but they'd still beat Ortiz' ass right now :deal. Which suggests a hell of a lot about the level that Ortiz is at right now, doesn't it? He'd have his ass handed to him by two crappy Pacquiao opponents, yet he's an excellent opponent for Floyd to face, and we should automatically give Floyd credit for choosing him?
