Mayweather-Pac - it will be a let-down.

Expectations way too high for this one.Guys getting hyped like little boys for a fight that should have happened 6 years ago.

When you stop dreaming and stick to the facts you will see that Floyd never was in a great fight in his 21 year old career.:deal

 

Its just like any fight. We don't know exactly how it will play out do we. This could be a stinker, but it could also be one of the best, mean spirited slugfests that Floyd has ever deliberately engaged in.

How great will it be if Manny decides to throw down and Floyd stands toe to toe to prove all the haters wrong? Wouldnt it be Funny if its Manny that is the one running around pot shotting(whoops, I meant boxing) What's Floyd like at chasing down an opponent?

Will Floyd lean on the side of caution, and win the easiest way possible? or will he enter the ring like a gladiator and ignore the possible loss of his fantastic zero loss resume?

These two are not that old. They can show up younger fighters still, and im sure they still have one or two hell raising fights left in them. :deal

 

lol at " just two old guys". They still are nos. 1 and 2 pfp. I don't think the fight will be that competive because of the style matchup not the ages of the fighters.

 

The prefight build up is what i'm most looking forward to. The excitement and anticipation just before the bell rings will be amazing, 6 years of questions finally answered.

 

It'll be a letdown for Pac fans, I however enjoy watching Floyd put on boxing clinics!

 

For the people that say this will be a letdown I say, "don't watch it". You can even go so far as to "not talk about it either". For the people like me, I'm going to be pretty much happy from the moment they touch gloves- no matter what happens. It's like Christmas- most of the fun is in the build up.

Im a pac fan.

Ive liked Floyd since the first time i watched him fight.

I also like the clinics he can put on.

I like that Pac brings to the table a style that some styles find difficult to deal with.

Every fighter can have that one bad night in the office, and lets hope both fighters are in the zone when the bell rings.

I can see floyd cruising to a UD by controlling the distance and forcing Pacman to make mistakes.


It will get rough in there for the first 3,4 or even 5 rounds. After that its Floyd all the way unless he wants to stand in front of pac and trade with him. I still tend to think Floyd will do well even in the toe to toe department. Its an opinion that I have that is not unmovable, and i certainly wouldn't put money on it. :thumbsup
