Have you paid attention to any of the negotiations going on?
Manny said he will do blood tests.
Floyd said he doesn't care if its the USADA.
There is nothing to do now except let them work out the semantics and sign the contracts.
Floyd will finally fight someone we want to see him face.

 

No, he is using logic.
The commission is responsible for ruining the drug test program. Why the **** should they let some outside agency come in and start doing testing out of nowhere?
It's just a bullet in the contract to make floyd feel less scared of Pacquiao.

Arum is saying what he's been saying: Let the Nevada Commision handle the drug testing. If Mayweather wants blood testing, they have to go make a request to the commission. That's the way it works.

 

I know you have read the **** I have been saying. Especially about letting the commission take care of blood tests. I have been 100% on everything I have said.
If you don't believe me, go look it up.

 

I even copied that exact paragraph and said "this is what i've been saying!" in another thread. Sorry for making sense, I guess if I want to fit in in this forum, i'll have to start making **** up an accusing people of dumb **** for no reason.

And arum is not saying what he has been saying, because before he was saying that they wouldn't mind doing the drug testing as long as it was not USADA, he also said they could work out an agreement with Nevada to some how implement blood testing for this fight.

Golden Boy said they would bring the idea back to mayweather. Mayweather has now agreed.

But now Arum is backtracking and saying they aint gonna help push for the blood testing.

This means that Arum is back tracking from what he initially said.

The only one ruining this fight is him.

Mayweather has budged but he hasn't at all.
