I'm 100% dude, I don't play favorites with boxers. I order both of these guys' fights every time. But I am damn sure not going to order a hatton/mayweather fight. and if Pacquiao can't get floyd to fight him, I want him to take on shane.

What he's saying is that he's not going to jump through hoops to get the blood testing implemented. It's Mayweathers idea, so if they want it, they have to go to the commission and request it.
