Yes it is mayweather's idea which i have to point out has been in the contract from the very beginning. All parties in principle agreed.

Bob was even on record as saying mayweather's demands wasn't outrageous at all. Roach and Pac said they would take any type of testing.

So why at this late stage is bob backtracking and saying we dont wanna do the testing your way. You go file for it with Nevada, we aint gonna help one bit, but will stick to what nevada has to say.

So what that basically means is that the agreement that mayweather had from the very beginning which was agreed to, has not been met, for what ever reason.

Yet floyd has met all of pac demands.

I think the ball is in Pacs camp, and their dropping it. They want to dictate when to be tested, instead of allowing the testing commision to test according to the rules. Talk about Floyd mental advantage, if the fight some how is rescued and does happen as scheduled.

 

the fight won't happen until Floyd drops his ridiculous demand. Floyd hasn't proven anything great in boxing yet he has the gall to dictate the what Pac has to do or not. pac is not worried about the blood testing hoopla he'll pass it alright and that's not the point.

Pac is the the one to call the shot here because he is the draw, he is the face of boxing and he is the reason why people are gonna buy the fight because he brings action to the game, he fights to please the fans. i repeat Pac is the one to call the shots and the sooner floyd realizes this the easier the fight becomes a reality.

You're acting like they both signed the contract, made the deal, then when Manny heard there was blood tests, he pulled out of the fight.
Nothing has been signed, this is all negotiations still.
Floyd is ****ing them up, probably so he can go fight an easier fight, and take less risk.

so the cut-off date was the only issue that Team Pac had, and that is reasonable i suppose. They don't want the flow of camp to be interfered but Floyd doesn't either. Anyways Im just glad we are back in negotiations. The fact that Pacquiao went as far as filing a claim and beginning talks with Malignaggi just proves how uncooperative they've been, but whatever im just glad there is progress once again.
