    Zab Judah
    Carlos Baldomir
    Ricky Hatton (at 147)
    Shane Mosley (2010)
    Victor Ortiz
    Juan Manuel Marquez

Oscar de la Hoya (2008 )
    Joshua Clottey
Antonio Margarito (2011, after more than a year inactive)
Miguel Cotto (the drained one that Pac fought)
    Shane Mosley (2011)

Who has the best win? Floyd or Manny?

    Which win is the best?

Now that Marquez was able to beat Pac TWICE, I think that Floyd schooling him should be seen as a great win.

This changes all the time for me slightly, but this is how I have it at this moment, I guess.

    Pac over Cotto
    Mayweather over Hatton
    Mayweather over Marquez
    Mayweather over Mosley
    Pac over Mosley
    Mayweather over Baldomir
    Mayweather over Ortiz
    Pac over Clottey
    Mayweather over Judah
    Pac over de la Hoya
    Mayweather over Mitchell
Pac over Marquez III (since I scored it against him, it goes here I suppose)

-Antonio Margarito was at the 150 catch weight, so it doesn't count.

-Pac vs. JMM III was at a catchweight within the WW limit. However, the nature of the decision leads me to not exactly view it as a win.

I dont credit Floyd for the Marquez fight he convinced Marquez to take the fight based on the idea of a 145 pound catchweight, Floyd blatantly refused to try and take off the weight sure Marquez got paid but that isnt the point the point is those 2 pounds would have taken something out of Floyd evened up the playing field a bit.
So to Credit Floyd for that I just cant see how anybody with an objective mind would

    Catch weight of: 144 pounds
    Mayweather: 146 pounds
    Marquez: 142 pounds

Marquez has more than proved his worth at fighting at the weight of 142-143. Fights can get better in retrospect. Did Mayweather pull a ***** move? 100%. Would it be a better victory if he weighed in at 144 pounds? Yes. But you're joking yourself if you don't rate the win as a very good one, if not great.

Pac's destruction of Cotto is by far the best win.

Mosley was a dead man by the time Floyd finally fought him.

Floyd - Marquez was a joke. Marquez had never fought at 147 before, and was pulled up two weight divisions, and Floyd didn't even meet the agreed upon catchweight.

I would probably shuffle the order a bit, but those are the 3 victories that jump out for me, even if you consider that JMM and Cotto were 'compromised' in their losses.

I'd move Pac-Clottey up (underrated win)

    Move Pac-Mosley down

    Remove Pac-Marquez III

    Insert Pac-Bradley somewhere near Floyd-Mosley

Otherwise pretty solid. Though I think Margarito should count as a 147 bout because normally they would have demanded it there (Margarito was a career WW but had since gained weight during suspension so they chose to accomodate at a catchweight for a bs belt) plus pac essentially fought that bout as a WW anyway

Mayweather was never the underdog at 147 and has the same dimensions as everyone else in the weight class. Pacquiao is the the smaller man who was good enough to compete in a division he doesn't belong in and was the underdog in many of those fights. I think Pac - Cotto would stand as Pac's best performance at the weight. Though Mosley was past his prime I think that was the best I had seen Mayweather at the weight.

So if he did make the weight you couldnt give jmm full credit if he did win.
