    10Million PPV Buys is world wide, you have the manny who is a draw to his country, mayweather who is a draw to the world, the fact is people hate mayweather but NOONE CAN BEAT HIM, 41 have tried and 41 have failed, so you can say what you want but floyd is a draw becuase anytime he fights people wanna pay to see him loose.
