If mayweather gets on his bike, nobody beats the guy, just too much speed agility and stamina. The shoulder roll will not work against pacquiao.

I hope mayweather prepares to throw more than one at a time because the accumulation damage you speak of can only be done when floyd lets his hands go. Mayweather aint slowing down pacquiao with single shots.

I agree with this but I don't think he has to do that to beat Pac.

When you land 50% of your shots it's far less important to throw punches in bunches. Pac threw a 13 punch combo at Cotto and landed maybe 1/4 of them. Is that any better than throwing two punches and landing both? It impresses the judges more, but you're far more open to be countered and waste more energy. Sharp, accurate single punches will certainly break a guy down. Getting hit is getting hit, whether it's the first punch or the 7th in a combo. When Mayweather stops winning by doing what he does then maybe that argument will have more validity.

Exactly! People complain about PBF's workrate but who cares when you land at a near 50% clip or better.

It be more difficult for floyd to potshot when pac is all over him. Floyd need alot of concentration in order to execute those acurate punches. The relentless attack would force floyd to concentrate on defence and eventually pac will land. Throwing a punch would only lead to him being open to punches from pac.

Going toe-toe with pac is a nono. Best floyd can do is run all night

So you concede if Floyd "runs" as you put it then Pac still loses, wow Since what you refer to running is actually defense, then you don't give your boy Pac much of a chance.

Watch Martinez-Williams to see how a counterpuncher with good boxing skills fights a guy relying on pure workrate to get the job done. Now consider that Paul has a better workrate than Pac, and physical advantages in size and reach that Pac will not enjoy. Every punch you throw is a chance to get countered. There's a reason guys go into a fight with PBF saying they are going to make him fight every second of every round, but it never works out that way. When nothing lands and you eat crisp counters you start to try and fight more tactically, and look for openings, rather than relying on volume punching to create openings.

The even more obvious point here is that Pac is going to be about 2 inches beyond his range for most of the fight, if that's where PBF wants to keep him. Throwing punches doesn't do much good when you're too far away to land them.

Watch Martinez-Williams to understand how not to avoid the right or left lead when fighting a fighter who uses an opposed stance.

If pac throws 13 punches and lands a quarter at this stage most likely a fighter will hit the canvas. Sharp accurate single shots may be good enough for the judahs of this world but they wont stop pacquiao. I still think mayweather beats pacquiao but he will have to fight him. The 7th punch in the combo is usually the one you dont see.

Pac will hold a slight footspeed advantage...Floyd however has better footwork IMO...floyd wont give pac the angles he uses to land hard powershots...

Because Cotto usually goes in as "the good guy" knowing that he can foul at will if the speed or toughness is ever an issue. :deal

No he has not. Pac is second to none. His movemoent is far superior to anyone Mayweather has faced and he will take awhile trying to figure it out. Will he? that is the question

Man please. I said it once and will say it again. Zab was FMJ's hardest fight and will be so. Manny does not posses the skill set that will cause Mayweather too many issues.

This is not to say that Manny is not a great fighter. This is just a bad style match up for him. Always has been. That is why his team keeps him far away from guys with this style.
