The ball is not in Pac's court. He has already agreed to the fight. 50/50. 147. Blood tests well beyond what is required. Floyd is the problem, and people that don't think.

Floyd also agreed to 10 million per pound if he goes over 147. That is also beyond what is required. If he agreed to such a large penalty, then why can Pac agree to a few teaspoons of blood? It seems that Pac is the one throwing curves.

why does the 10 mil penalty per pound even matter doesn't he want to fight for the weltereweight championship or possibly #1 contender to that throne...Floyd is such a "small welter, could be a jr. welter if he really wanted to be"

I agree, but it was one of Pacquiao's demands so Floyd agreed. Now why can't Pac agree to Floyd's request? At least then he can shut everybody up who thinks he's cheating. (BTW - I don't think Pac's using roids)

I somewhat agree- I find May's demands to be a little on the unreasonable side though- testing he wants is unprecedented, unfounded, unwarranted...I, unlike a lot of the people on this forum, just really want the fight made...

wow..fill me in on how it is SO unreasonable? he wants a fair test...pac really ****ed up this time by waiting so long...his stock is dropping in the mainstream...how is 10 million a lb fair...but still floyd accepted that because he KNOWS he is gonna come in on weight...so if pac is clean not matter how outrageous the demand is for a fair blood test within 30 days of the fight if he is clean than it should be of no concern AT ALL:thumbsup

why does it matter...cuz if floyd weighed 148 he would lose ten mil...it mattered enough for pac to ***** about it...but when asked to take a drug test...and it does NOT matter what type he cries???? if he is clean he would take any test

did I say it was SO (don't need to capitalize or put in smileys or lols; I understand where emphasis is placed and I'm an adult) unreasonable...No, I said it was somewhat unreasonable and I don't see an argument against that...the tests they want done have never, never, never been done in boxing before...the will not guarantee a cutoff date, etc. etc.

May coming in on Welter shouldn't even be an issue: this isn't a catchweight fight, but since he isn't always the most professional boxer they put a safety net in the contract...the amount of money is ridiculous, but It was put in as more of a principle; I'm sure May was going to come in on weight anyways...he's a small welterweight or so I've been hearing for years.
