Mayweather-Pacquiao PED Fine Much Higher Than 5 Million

    Travis Tygart, chief executive of the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), has weighed in on the recent controversy over a proposed $5 million dollar fine if Floyd Mayweather Jr. or Manny Pacquiao tested positive for a performance enhancing drug in the lead-up or aftermath of their May 2nd showdown at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

    A positive PED test for either party would immediately kill the fight, place the offending fighter in line for a four year ban from competition, and also smack them with a very large financial penalty.

    I am really laughing how Manny fans are running with this and it actually makes Manny look bad. He is the one looking for a cheap fine to test dirty, while Floyd is like hell no

    its all about perception...like ellerbe said a "publicity stunt"

    some casual idiot goes on espn.com and sees a front page headline that reads "pacquiaos advsior: mayweather declines 5 mil failed drug test penalty"....then said idiot doesnt bother to read the rest of the article or even if they do they dont understand it...idiot goes around telling people about it

    i think its koncz's way of trying to smear floyds name because of some of the **** that was said about manny years ago....even though that never really hurt the publics perception of him

    But yet pac fans will still say "Why Floyd rejected the 5 million if he wants to clean the sport?". Pac fans will always ignore facts which shows just how re****ed they are.

    Guys, maybe you can answer this for me. USADA caught Morales before his fight and informed both sides about the failed test, and Garcia still agreed to the fight, right?

    My question is how in the hell did Peterson get away with his cheating when he was tested by the greatest agency pfp in the world according to Pacs fans...and he wasn't caught until AFTER his fight with Khan?

    Wait, more questions. They caught Berto BEFORE his fight and cancelled that fight? Wasn't Khan in danger of being hurt by PeDerson? Did VADA do random testing? I need answers!

    trust me man....over the last 5-6 years pacs fans and his team have been so annoying...and such liars....that ive almost begun to hate him.....which sucks...i used to like pac alot and have been to two of his fights....i try to seperate him as a fighter from all of that bs but his fans on internet forums make it very hard

    They know nothing about VADA other then Manny chose them to test him so of course it is great....hell random testing was for cowards at first but now all the sudden they are calling people cheaters

    who cares, Pac is clean and Floyd will be roiding with Heredia's undetectable PEDs under the phony, sellout agency USADA. Neither will be fined a penny
