Mayweather - Pacquiao...what's with all the beef?

i agree. i give up talking about boxing half the time. people just want to hate. i take mayweather's side above all more bc he gets hated on for stuff other people do.

It doesn't matter if a fighter says or won't say he'll fight someone. It only matters if he's willing to negotiate and put his signature on the contract.

I'm not convinced either side was too thrilled about fighting on March 13th. That was just four months after Pacquiao's last fight. Although this is a big fight that will more or less sell itself, I think they wanted a bigger build-up for what may be the biggest fight ever in terms of money. They couldn't delay it to May since Pacquiao's got his political ambitions. So they might just be looking to delay it later in 2010, meanwhile trying to make the other side look bad like they were the ones "ducking".

Fans are the ones who got crapped on. They don't have a way to get to either fighter to vent their frustration so they go at each other. But yeah, I agree with the childish nonsense. Let's be aware that there's life outside these two fighters. At this point I'd rather see Lopez-Gamboa than May-Pac.

 

I agree, especially on your last paragraph. Unfortunately, I don't see this happening. It's sad but true.
