Money isn't the reason why the fight didn't get made. Arum wasn't interested in the making the fight from the beginning. He made a big deal about the date when he initially wanted to have pac fight Marquez in may anyways, most likely in Vegas which is where pac will probably have his next fight.

You left out the fact Arum informed GBP back in November that he didn't want to make a fight with Mayweather through a mediator. You can't ignore the facts.

Arum didn't know who to talk to, but magically Koncz was in "negotiations" offering all these various deals?

    Yeah right!

They both clearly don't want this fight. You can't just blame one of them. If they wanted this fight it would happen and money would not be an issue.

floyd rejecting a very fair 50/50 offer would not only affect this time but also affects future negotiations. floyd always makes some roadblocks to make this fight hard to make.

Considering how Arum is the main man calling the shots, and in recent times have been expose on how he never wanted the fight to begin with. I would say Arum ducked Mayweather from the first time these two fighters was ever mention in the same sentence. He used Floyd star power to build up Manny, now Floyd is knocking on Top Rank door step and there's no one there to answer.

No option for "they both like to dick the fans around and pretend they want the fight"??

Somehow the sides can't come to an agreement on how to split upwards of nine figures.
