Floyd has agreed to certain terms. Maybe a contract has been drawn up and signed to those terms. Im 100% sure it will be modified in someway before Pac signs and then Floyd will have to sign to those modifications. All this can be done in the Phillipines if Pac wants to make the fight and the terms are generally acceptable.

1.) Manny is the bigger draw but I don't think that he will ask for more than the 50% of the cut.
2.) Arum hasn't probably even talked to Manny yet and the reason that Arum is going to Manny is to tell him what Floyd wants as well. If Manny says no, it's probably because Floyd demands to get the bigger share of the purse and wants something stupid (it's Gayweather it's possible for him to make stupid demands)
3.) :rofl hmm.... Never thought I'd see the word smart and Mayweather in the same sentence. :rofl

According to WWM. Pac doesn't matter. Yet if he doesn't sign, the fight doesn't happen. This guy and his ******ed posts.

It's not as far fetched as it may seem and it is definitely not a dumb assessment in the literal meaning of the word dumb.

honestly, you have no idea what kind of stipulations are involved in such a contract. only the parties priviledged to that info do.

Also, David Haye had a similar negotiation with both Klitshcko brothers and signed a contract to fight both brothers. Did he have any intention of going through with either fight?

    We will never know.

Don't be surprised if Floyd is doing the same thing...he has to at least seem like he really wants the fight to happen or his legacy will suffer.

The only thing Floyd cares more about than his money is his legacy.

It truly amazing how people reacted as if they know already the provisions of the contract. That, if manny will not agree he's ducking already. Floyd has quickly agreed to the terms and we know how greed he is.

Obviously you don't have a brain and don't know **** about how the business of boxing works. If you sign a contract and don't honor it you can be sued you ****ing idiot.:deal So you think PBF signed the contract with no intentions of ever fighting Pac just to get the media off his back and then deal with a law suit from Team Pac?:rofl:lol: Everyone here thinks that idea is insane except you.

How can we say that either of them doesn't want to fight if they both signified their intention of fighting eahc other. Remember, it has to go through negotiation that both fighter's demand must be satisfied and not the promoters'.

That's right...most people on this forum suffer from "herd" mentality and like to demonize, not only other posters on this forum, but fighters as well.

i guess it makes them feel important to do so. pretty immature.

Truth is, none of us know what is going on in the contract negotiations. We can only speculate. But, if you actually voice an opinion that people don't want to hear, you get a lot of unwarranted criticism.

No you have made a stupid comment because Arrum who is Manny's promoter agreed to the contract, he wouldnt have agreed to it unless Arrum/Pacquaio's split and conditions were favourable. Arrum and Pacquaio are 1 and the same in terms of interests, Arrum just takes his split off the top of Manny's purse

And yes Haye would have gone through with a Wladdy fight if his solemaster Setanta hadnt gone bankrupt

Everyone who has no logical reasoning.

You have to admit, it is a possibility. like i said before, you don't know what the term of the note is. So assuming that Floyd can be sued for backing out of the fight is presumptuous.

I'm sorry...are the words I'm using to big for you? Do you want me to draw a picture or something?
