Possibility that he breaks Ortiz down and stops him late in the fight. I was never impressed with Ortiz's defense. Although the more likely call in my opinion would be a decision for Mayweather

Ortiz may be big and strong but he's WAY too easy to hit and we've already seen him quit against a lesser opponent.

But it depends on how much Ortiz has left in the latter rounds, and how daring Mayweather wants to be to go for that stoppage. Either way, he'll punish when and how he pleases.

Stoppage. He will be like target practice. As much as I like Ortiz all you have too do is watch his feet when he's fighting the amount of times he gets square on is poor for a world class fighter. He' a sucker for Floyd best shot the straight right, and sometimes Floyd leads off with it.
