After much consideration, I gotta put this man above guys like Harry Greb, Hank Armstrong, Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson, Sam Langford, Ezzard Charles, etc. I didn't want to, but after much consideration/thorough pondering, I gotta give this man the credit that he so richly deserves. The guys I listed above are clearly some of the greatest fighters to ever live with resumes that are just extraordinary. Ali had as many "gift decisions" as Mayweather himself. Louis fought all comers and set a record for dominance and title defenses. You can't really ask more of him. Robinson fought better competition than Mayweather, all things considered.
