Canelo first choice Garcia second choice for me

and after reading the bull**** coming out of Khans mouth he is my 3rd choice I want him to face Floyd and see finally how delusional he is

 

that was a dumb point anyways. 30 pounds difference between Garcia and Canelo, so Floyd shouldn't fight Garcia?

Does that mean Floyd can only fight middleweights now? Garcia is about the same size or bigger than Floyd

 

Garcia has no shot at beating Mayweather. I have no interest in that fight right now. It's Alvarez or bust.

 

Why is it ridiculous? Mayweather is easily the best fighter on the planet. Why should we want him to take on guys that we know will be lucky to win a round or two? lb 4 lb, Alvarez is nowhere near Mayweather's level. However, he is a lot younger than Mayweather, and is much better suited for JMW. Those two factors, along with Alvarez's talent level, make that fight intriguing. There's no other fight that Mayweather can take in September that would be intriguing. Even the Guerrero fight had some intrigue due to Guerrero's recent sucess and Mayweather's layoff, age, his last performance, and incarceration. From the Guerrero fight though, we can still see that Mayweather is still pretty sharp. Garcia stands a snowball's chance in hell against a sharp Mayweather.

 

Why are you rushing it? Let it play out, May 2014 is the perfect time.

 

How is it rushing it? Promotion doesn't usually kick off off until 3 or 4 months before the fight anyway.

 

If he can fight guys a division below him, why can't he fight a guy a division above him? He specifically asked the WBA for an exemption so that he could keep his JMW title. Why would he do that unless he's open to fighting at JMW again?

 

A fight like Mayweather vs Alvarez needs to be promoted over 6 months.

Also it makes sense if they do it in May which has always been the biggest month for boxing.

Also for those who don't know who Canelo is, they will after he beats Cotto, who is a future hall of famer.

The May 2014 bout suits Canelo more than anyone. In that time he can gain more experience, Mayweather will be 37 by then and Canelo will gain a huger fan base. Trust me September 2013 will be rushing it.

 

Why does it need 6 months? The promotion for Mayweather vs. De La Hoya kicked off 4 months before their fight.
