Mayweather does that stuff on purpose though.

If he were to say he wants to fight Pac he gives Pac a boost in negotiation. Mayweather's whole thing is that all roads lead to him and that all fighters should be looking to challenge him as he is the top dog. By acknowledging Pac he would be saying that Pac is equal to him which he will not do.

Then Mayweather went on to beating the crap out of Mosley who Pac wouldn't fight, out earn Pac proving he was the bigger draw, and doing random blood testing up to the fight showing the world that its perfectly fine.

I dont think it has to do with fear of manny I think two factors are keeping this fight from taking place the 1st factor being Uncle Rogers legal troubles, Floyd might not want his head trainer to be in prison when this fight takes place.
The 2nd factor is the lawsuit Pacquiao has filed against the Mayweathers...
I am confident once both are resolved we will see the fight.... if we dont Floyd would have **** on his own legacy.

 

I dont think he is required to it would be nice to hear from him but I am sure since the law suit filed by Team Pacquiao he isnt going to say much...
