Thus this is why NSAC should so the testing and send it out to whatever lab that can run the tests they want. Christ, NSAC just hires some nurses to pull the blood, it ain't hard man.

Go on the internet and look blood tests, and you get a laboratory that will send you a kit to pull your own blood and you mail it to them. You choose what you want tested. The labs are pretty modern with the whole gamut of testing because the tests are standardized.
