    I am 100% positive rocky was asked to immitate sturm ie no head movement, no footwork, and limited defence...even then rocky was all over geale. if you were there for the first two spars, geale got his arse whooped...hard!! :good

    should be a bright future in boxing for Rocky if he's puttin a beat down on Daniel this early into his career.
    Sparring isn't really a proper fight though. still impressive from Rocky though.

    looks like rocky truelly is world class then , says alot about aus boxing , only 1 bloke went the distance with him and he is kiking ass sparring a world champ from aus

    i can say this , there are photos of him sparring geale on his fb athlete page and it looks like geale is covering right up and rocky is relaxed as and feeding it to him good , but like i said these are just photos not video so i cant elaborate

    Of course they are going to say he whooped him. Good bragging rights. The same way mundine fans hang on to the decision 3 years ago. Similarities???

    Rocky did quite well, handled himself in good fashion. His lack of head movement and defence was not asked of him. He was a 4 round warm up before doing the main rounds with Ben M and Sakio. Those 2 were not asked to spar anything like Sturm, Ben for his skills, and Sakio because hes a handfull.

    No need to get defensive, noone is questioning Rockys skills. He does have a ways to go, nothing more.
