You may be naturally "spastic", but maybe a part of your problem is rope length. Your rope seems WAY too long. You are over compensating for "dead rope", meaning that the rope is so long that centrifugal force isn't moving it and you are "muscling" it. (Quite nicely! :thumbsup)

Maybe "efficiency" isn't what you are looking for when exercising though, but if you want to look "smoother", shortening the rope to only come up to between your nipples and armpits while standing on it with one foot will do wonders for your aesthetics. Get a good soft heavy plastic speed rope and you would be a monster! (I recommend altus)

You look damned fit though! Motivating. :good

Tyson wasn't unreal, he was inhuman.

Tyson is a prime example of what someone can accomplish if they give up their humanity in search of sheer fighting perfection (I'm talking about prime tyson here).

It's the reason why, to him, if you watch his documentary, it all went by like a blur, and only now has he started to enjoy his life.

Thanks! I do like the work out of muscling it, though. Maybe someday I'll try the shorter rope ...

I think Tyson is the best "big" guy I've ever seen with the rope, so quick for his weight, and watching him shadowbox in that early stage of his career really is like you are looking at a welter or something. Maybe its because he is short but that is some preternatural sick attributes in his prime. I wonder what he looks like skipping now.
