Yep. There are even some morons who think Floyd should have demanded extra blood testing against De La Hoya to prove his point, even though Floyd had absolutely no negotiating power against De La Hoya. Some people do NOT understand the business aspect of boxing.

I know I'm not addressing the point being raised...Uncle Rico has given the best response. It's all irrelevant, because in my opinion, Pacquiao is not on drugs...and his counter arguement is just as irrelevant.

I didn't say they weren't. I was using that point to support my own point.

    doesn't matter.

as ictor conte said alot of athletes juice on their time off and make sure its out of there system before the season/event starts so they can pas the drug tests.

De La Hoya was drained, regardless of who you want to blame. Just a matter of fact and it doesn't matter who you point the finger at.

All that can be done is to have the best testing available be used. It's a step in the right direction despite being an imperfect method of catching cheaters or just preventing cheating altogether.

If im being honest i dont think any of them are on steroids especially floyd, now thats just silly!
Why would he bring the topic to the table if he was juicing, why would he take the tests if he has juiced? Because of a silly 6 month gap your getting suspicious? Oh please grow the **** up and leave conspiracies somewhere else. What you have to realise is that the only person at fault here was manny because he didnt agree to all the conditions for the blood test, twisting it and bringing floyd into it is just being silly and whats even stupider is your brief, lazy justification of how mayweather has fought the fighters in a better state making it even more suspicious!
    Face these facts -
Mayweather is a clean fighter if their ever was any doubt
Mayweather has better skills than manny
Mayweather is a better boxer than manny
Mayweather has a better resume than manny
If they ever fought floyd will school him and possible knock him out

So manny should just take the tests, personally i like pacquiao and believe he is willing to agree on all of floyds terms, however its because of his stupid ****in camp full of *******s like roach, arum etc, that wont allow it!

Also another point raised earlier, floyd was not able to have much of a say in the delahoya fight because he was the challenger, and just wanted the fight more than anything and would do anything to make it happen!

If berto faced manny, you wont hear berto saying i want this and that done, would you and even if he did noone would give a **** therefore it wont happen, same situation with floyd and oscar!

Agreed. If Mayweather still thinks he will win, why does it matter? He's either a better fighter or he isn't. If they believe Pacquiao has been on drugs in his last few fights, he's the same fighter who they are confident of beating, so it's not like they suspect him using PED's in a Mayweather fight, in which case they'd be right to be scared. The fight they insist is on PED's is the same one they think they'd beat easily, so the two don't add up. He's either the better fighter or he isn't. If he is, then it doesn't matter how many PED's Pacquiao uses and if he did beat a guy who was absolutely full of them, surely it would be an even bigger win?

There's an obvious fear from the Mayweather camp. If they thought Mayweather was the better fighter, it wouldn't matter how many drugs Pacquiao was taking at all. He'd just turn up and beat him, regardless. The fact that they use this as an excuse, doesn't change the fact that it is, at it's core, an excuse to not fight a better fighter.

But then Pacquiao/Roach would say the highlighted sentence below.

    Nice try though :hi:

I read this, and like I said...it's about as pointless as Mayweather Sr accusing Pacquiao of steroids whenever anyone puts a mic in front of his mouth. Neither are using drugs to aid their performance. Mayweather has shown he is willing to take extra tests (whatever his motives are)...and Pacquiao is also willing to take the tests.
