Mayweather would be and has been the favorite in any fight from 154-140 and even some at one 160. None of his wins are surprising. Mayweather was projected to be as good as he has become going back to his Olympic days. Which is why he was able to win his first title so early in his career. As they put him in with better comp then normal fighters right away knowing how talented he was. Since he was projected to do what he has been doing there isn't a serious steroid suspicion.

Then there is the fact that he is a very conservative defensive fighter who doesn't have a high knock out ratio since moving up in weight.

As for the thread topic question. Truthfully we don't know if any of these fighters take steroids or not. We will never 100% know who takes steroids. But Mayweather is doing his part to ensure that he won't cheat for the Pacquiao fight which is an era defining fight. At this point the 40 fights are in the past and since there is no way of knowing what Mayweather did in the past so its best to focus on future fights.

Then pacquiao would've asked for the drug test and the fight would've happened mar 13 2009 ... right?

At what weight did Floyd started as an amateur? And you do remember that Floyd also fought at 154 right? That answer your question?

Isn't Floyd Sr. contradicting himself here? he's said recently that Pac still hasn't agreed to the tests, but he says the opposite here.

And Roach/Pac would have said the same thing as Sr pointed out, that even the test showed you are clean, it doesn't mean you are not cheating because when PEDs are already cycled in your body, even if you stop juicing, you'll still have the benifit.

It's a lose lose situation and Floyd's name would be tarnished.

You think Floyd would agree to ODST if Pac came out and accused him of roiding? You think egomanic Floyd Jr. would give him to Pac's demands?

They can't even put up a good lie. Remember they also said that no negotiation took place.
