Floyd Sr was there to see Hatton almost get killed when Ricky faced Pacquiao. Floyd Sr was also very weary of Pacquiao after Manny beat Cotto, even stating he didn't want Floyd to face Manny.

Now he claims it will be an easy fight. I actually think he believes this but he doesn't know what he's for. The thing with Pacquiao is that there is always a shock factor with him. JMM went down 3 times in first round in their first fight; Hatton had no idea what he was in for until be woke up from his comma;DLH was shocked by Pac's speed and workrate; Cotto didn't know what he was in for; Bradley and his coach said post-fight that Manny's intensity shocked them; Rios was shocked by Manny; Algieri's trainer said post fight that Manny is different live... So many opponents are shocked by manny pacquiao after facing him, i can't say the same for Floyd. Rarely have i seen opponents come out and claim they were shocked by Floyd..Pacquiao has that surprise factor and i think it's not only the speed, its the workrate, intensity and angles. People see him being so small and know he's fast but something shocks them anyhow..

Floyd sr is making the same mistake 'he's so small, he can't do anything against my son etc..' I believe floyd will be a little shocked after first couple of rounds.

Can I tell you why many people are favouring Floyd in this fight??
Purely because of the past history of Floyd & Vegas. They know Floyd will get every legal advantage & illegal ones too judging on past fights.
That's the only reason people doubt Pacquaio can win, they fear he'll get robbed. If Kenny Bayless is officiating you'll know the field is not a level one.
Just for once Vegas show the world a level fair fight & let the legitimate better man on the night win. The world is watching
