People here seem to have the need for validation. I personally think Ward is going to win and I don't care who agrees/disagrees. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong... but if I'm right, it doesn't make me a genius. It is a 50/50 fight and anyone that says one fighter is going to "destroy" the other should mortgage everything they have, bet on that guy and make some Mayweather type dough.

 

The funny thing is the split on here is roughly 50/50... so next week there's gonna be a lot of smartarses claiming a higher form of boxing knowledge, based on a single fight between two well-matched boxers. I back Ward too, but no result - including a draw - would surprise me.

Mayweather Senior is a man who owes his entire existence, lifestyle and celebrity to the fact he impregnated the mother of Floyd Junior. He's borderline incoherent, clearly doesn't follow the sport, and has never displayed any evidence of being the tactical master he oafishly claims to be.
