I already thought Mayweather deserved that award anyways(not just because I'm a Floyd fan either lol). Becoming P4P #1 without any questions is also good too. A better Hatton? Debatable. Hatton fought Mayweather at 147, a division up from his comfort zone. Pacquiao battered Hatton in the division where he was considered to be 'The Man'.
