The Ring still have Pacquiao #1, that's what counts. They gave good reasoning too. Dropping a fighter on one performance where he couldn't be dominant but still took the decision is knee jerk. I remember De La Hoya struggled with Whitaker and Quartey, many had him losing both. No-one dropped him from the #1 or #2 spot, because these were great fighters he was struggling with.

In my p4p rankings, i have Floyd number 1 and Pac number 2, ONLY because i feel Marquez beat pac!

My rankings are
1. Floyd
2. Pac
3. JMM

But Rafael scored the fight a DRAW! He doesnt think the fight was a robbery at all!

So why did he drop pac from the p4p #1? Pac didnt lose (in his eyes)?
I dont get his reasoning.
