As a big fan of both, I can't complain with the decision. Prior to the JMM fight, I favored May to beat Pac 60/40. After, it looks more like 85/15 for May. The only reason I can think to not place Floyd directly ahead of Manny would be because of inactivity.

It's frustrating because it's always a pleasure to see him demonstrate his exquisite skill and I feel massively unsatisfied with the way the Ortiz fight went. It was shaping up to be a quality fight and for it to end like that is toss. Not saying Floyd was wrong to do it, infact I'm half inclined to say Ortiz was looking for a way out.

But yea, can't complain with Floyd being no.1. I reckon if you were to ask 1000 boxing enthusiasts who they ranked as no.1 after seeing Pac/JMM III, you'd be looking at 750+ siding with May.

Mayweather has always been the best fighter in the world, it was only his inactivity that allowed Pac to be ranked as such on paper, if they had fought each other as they should have sometime in the last 2 years, this **** wouldn`t even be up for discussion.

yup, horrible performance, it was an actual fight

#1 p4p needs to be given to the man who punches a guy when he aint lookin and makes it into a WWE event

my bad meant "loss" I like many others thought he "lost" vs jmm on Saturday. whether you think he won or lost is your opinion and whether you think he should still be p4p # 1 is also your opinion, and I will respect them both but IMO he did lose just not on the scorecards and even if I did believe he won his performance wasn't p4p worthy, it was average against an opponent that many thought wouldn't be a real threat. Manny is p4p #2 to me and what seems like many others.

JMM should be number 1 for beating the number 1 if that's how you saw the fight.

Can you honestly tell me you wouldn't have punched Ortiz that way after the blatant headbutt? I know damn well I would have

But if you made Marquez number on the basis of him beating number 1, then you would have to immediately promote Mayweather number 1 on the basis that he thoroughly beat number 1.

    "beating the number 1"

last time i checked and saw whats on PAPER

    **** drinker 0-2-1

    manny 2-0-1

and i'm not taking nothing away from **** drinker, u never once heard me say manny was goin murk him, i always knew **** drinker is that one guy who manny will always have problems with, and with that said, it's still funny to see people talk about how **** drinker got the W, folks can feel that he won, but to say he won when on record he has another big fat L, shouldn't be happening
