I'm pretty sure Arum would be the first one to jump on this if it wasn't just a rumor, w/c I think it is.

You want me to make sense of what Floyd Mayweather says? Yeah, of course he's the king of consistency:

It was in the month the magazine wrote about Mayweather's fight with Marquez. It wrote that Mayweather's fight night weight was 156.

What's the source? I thought this would be signed sometime this week according to the scene, Olympic steroid testing and all.

Hmm... I honestly think Floyd can make 147 easy, but I wonder if it's possible that he absolutely just wants to avoid cutting weight? Let's say his fight night weight against Marquez was around 154, maybe because of his tendency to gain little weight from weigh in to fight night, he wants the same sort of advantage this time around? Say being able to weigh 149 or so so he only gains 5 lbs. But he still weighed in 146 against Marquez and looked great at the weigh in... it doesn't make sense that he would want wiggle room now.

Still, that would be a ***** move similar to what he did against Marquez. I certainly hope it isn't true! We're being denied the most important match in recent boxing history!

Having said that, I think it will push through.

What Mayweather says? There isn't even a quote from Mayweather or anyone from his or Pac's team in that article. I'm not sure what your problem is. The article makes no sense and I pointed that out. If you disagree, that's fine. However, simply retorting with childesh insults seems rather unproductive.

That article looks questionable. I think the fight is still gonna happen. It's the best thing for Mayweather out there, and doubt he'll pass it up.

floyds a small welter! Or maybe average sized at best, 147 is his weight class!! If pauls lanky ass could make 147 then floyd could! Sounds like he doesnt want some of that pac man action to me!! Floyd knows theres a chance that pac might knock him out! So hes running like the coward he is....

    Mayweather Rumors List:

Did not want to fight in March: Verdict False
Wants Fight as 154: Verdict False
Want 10 oz Gloves: Verdict False

Wants fight at 154(again): Verdict To be determined

Based on the track record of Mayweather rumors, do you think this one is true or false.

    Lets wait and see guys.

    Quick question for you Scar:

Did Mayweather offer to pay JMM step aside money to face Pacman: Yes

Did anyone respond to his challenge: No

Why do people then start threads about unsubstantiated rumors that makes PBF Look bad. :huh

I mentioned that in my first post, Yuri Foreman is someone they mentioned as a possible fight AND Mathew Hatton or Berto/Mosley winner and those guys will surely fight him at welterweight.
