Not that simple this time....freddie roach's job is to protect his fighter...no way will he allow floyd to get away with paying just 300,000 per pound over the limit....roach will make sure its a couple million.....mike ****z...i mean koncz will make sure that manny won't sign a contract that is not a WW fight...

Floyd got a way with it against marquez because it was a catchweight...and he still came-in under the WW limit....

If the fight is contracted to 147....I don't see how floyd would be allowed to all of a sudden show-up at 149 at the friday weigh-in....

Pacquiao didn't want March, Mayweather wanted 154, Mayweather wanted 10 oz gloves, Pacquiao wanted to push it back to June, etc....There's a ton of these stories/rumors going around. I'm not taking them too seriously.

As long as both fighters are healthy, they'll be fighting each other.

    I truly doubt this.

I am sure PBF is very happy to fight Pacquiao compared to the aleternatives which are Mosley, Berto or Williams.

Floyd came back to fight Pacquiao, I highly doubt he pull out over weight issues, when both already agreed to 147.

i still believe he won't pull out... there's too much money involved, isn't it the reason why he's still fighting?

I'm a big pac fan and i don't really mind if he loses as long as this fight happens.

How could Mayweather not make 147lbs ??? That's impossible and it won't be...but if the fight is turned down because of that, then FMJ would have very little fans after that one....

A man that was called a small welterweight by many just 2 years ago...can't make 147 anymore ? Don't make any sense....

Damn that gag order during negotiations is leaving us fans with pre-traumatic pbf pac information deficiency stress disorder

Exactly. If the fight is a welterweight fight, neither Floyd or Manny cant weigh over 147 at the weight in. With that being said, if Floyd wanted it at Junior Middleweight, why would he need wiggle room. I read in an article that Roach and Arum in Pacs previous fights with Hatton and Cotto had rehydration clauses in the contract stating they could not gain but so much weight between weigh in and fight time. Anyway, lets just wait untill we hear something factual.
