I wonder if "strong champion" will be the next new buzz phrase after "young hungry lion"

He was clearly being sarcastic. Anyway, I don't see him fighting Canelo, Khan, or Berto next. I think his next opponent will be Pacquiao, Martinez, or Guerrero.

I'd like to believe it but can't. It's like believing when he said he'd "fight more often" after the Ortiz fight and will only end up fighting once this year probably.

I thought he was afraid for his health. Oh I guess it's only Pacquiao that his health is at risk.

Yeah, but it will mean a bigger payday of "this is it folks". But more likely than not he's going to step up the number of times he fights a year, from 1 to probably 2 or 2.5.

He was being honest, cuz he WANTED to fight on his birthday of febuary 24th...but Pac couldnt fight that soon, so it was May 5th...and he had his jail sentence...people dont realize that Floyd got hungry, after the Mosley fight...ONE...Floyd walked him down, and to him it was easy...to everyone else it was like, "Wow I cant believe u did that"...Floyd was like, "Thats all I have to do to get respect?..Walk them down?..Thats EASY for me"...so it inspired Floyd to be more active, so he can show us all how he can walk guys down, ALSO, When Pac fought Shane, Pac threw more punches at Shane...Floyd was overly cautious, and boring in that fight...when Floyd saw how Pac attacked Shane he said, "Man I could have thrown more punches at shane...I just wasted time being cautious"...this is why he threw TWICE as many punches at Ortiz, who was a more dangerous opponent...these things inspired Floyd to get hungry, train more, be more active, be a combination puncher...I KNEW Floyd was hungry based off how he was acting during the starpower promotion...Floyd will fight when he gets out, later on this year, and he will fight three times next year...I truely believe that, because he wont want to waste his time sitting around, aging, after he wasted the MAJORITY of his years at welterweight, fighting boring, overly cautious fights...Floyd wants to top his resume off, with as many exciting fights as possible...he's hungry now

at his current rate, he would be fighting until his 40's. fighting once a year with long vacations every two fights.

All he really needs to do is just fight Pac next then fight Martinez for the MW title.

He said two fights a year. When he gets out of jail he wants to fight again at the end of the year.

Bradley won't beat Pacquiao. If he does somehow win, he'll have to fight Pacquiao again.
