Nobody could defend him fighting Khan, it's pathetic and shows a complete lack of respect to boxing fans.

 

Arum already announced that Pacquiao is returning on April 12th. You can forget about this fight for now. Neither side seems too interested.

 

Pac would fight him at the drop of a hat.

In fairness, Khan wouldn't be that dramatically far below guys like Brook and Provodnikov nor guys that he's beaten at JWW in Paulie and Maidana.

However Khan would be Floyds' worst opponent since 2005 Sharmba Mitchell. It is a testament to his opposition but it is by no means the slightest excuse for making a bad fight.

 

If its Danny Garcia its all good.

If its Amir Khan, then shame on Floyd and his team.

I don't expect anything to materialize this week, I think we'll wait another few months.

 

He wouldn't fight him at the drop of blood. Pacquaio is perfectly happy sitting back and fighting Top Rank fighters for the rest of his career.

 

I doubt he'll even announce who he's fighting next.

Bollocks, deep down you know that if Mayweather wanted the fight it would happen.

 

May and Sept are the biggest nights of boxing for as long as I can remember. If Floyd back in Sept had said he was returning in April, Arum would have chose May for Manny to return.

Is Pacquaio not available in May? Last time I checked, Mayweather was the highest revenue generator in he sport. There's no reason for him to alter his schedule for any fighter.
