hey man I see your point I hate getting into the whole ducking business but the least floyd could have done is acknowledge that its the fight fans what to see and maybe say something like "he dont deserve to fight me but if he wants it gimme a call and he can have 20%"

avoiding even talking about it when its the first chance in ages to get the fight made just is not fair on fight fans imo

so this early floyd knew pac already? wow. he has a pac fan eversince.

im not sure pac's aware of floyd's existence. pac's idol is dela hoya, so maybe around that time, he knew of mayweather.

Why is Khan a worse options than these guys? He's beaten 3 of them and the other one is hopeless and would also get dominated by Khan- let alone Mayweather.

Oh and Provodnikov is not signed with Top Rank- he just has a working relationship with them similar to Cotto.

It's going to be Amir Khan. I don't think Khan has been silent this long and inactive for nothing.

Floyd will fight another gatekeeper with a rubbish resume, like Robert Guerrero or Victor Ortiz.

Future Hall-of-Famers like Pacquiao aren't eligible to fight Floyd, because if they beat other great fighters, then they might actually beat Floyd too.

Well the winner of those two fights will each be more deserving, higher ranked, and more relevant as an opponent than Khan.

But yeah, you are right that the Khan fight almost takes too much heat when it still in reality appears to be a top 10 fight at WW for Mayweather.

When Alexander vs. Brook got put off everyone figured Alexander was a shoe-in.

I'm less offended by Khan if Mayweather is fighting twice this year and his other opponent is a more dangerous threat like Sergio Martinez at 154 or 160 (or anywhere between).

Unlike Alexander, Khan is keeping his self open for negotiations. He hasn't signed to fight anyone and hasn't done anything official with anyone either. All he did was talk smack about Alexander who responded to Khan's lies and Khan didn't respond back at all.

Mayweather WILL fight Khan. He obviously beats him but maybe knocks him out aswell. Mayweather hasn't had a proper KO since 2007 v Hatton (forget about Ortiz ko). He kept saying he wanted to KO Guerrero but injured his hand, same after Canelo fight. Makes sense that he wants a KO on his record now.

Still. **** fight. Khan can smd.

Garcia should perform at welterweight to make this bigger considering he's a serious/real opponent with an 0 compared to Khan.
