I disagree. It's nothing like that. It would be more like one rapper accusing another rapper of stealing other rapper's beats and stealing another mc's lyrics. That is not the purpose of a lawsuit of this type. If he wanted an injunction, that's what he should have asked for. But to tie up the already slow American Judicial System with a ridiculous lawsuit that is only intended to be used as a bargaining chip, or to threaten someone is worthy of admonishing.
