    Thats for certain.......

......my point is that I've seen Pacquiao get hit repeatedly by a skilled counterpuncher......repeatedly, often, and hard.......

.......this time its going to come from a quicker, faster, bigger, and more physically imposing fighter (height, reach, etc...):deal

......it should be of no suprise to anyone who's followed this sport long enough, if a beatdown ensues, and its Pacquiao in the recieving end of it.

The paying customer does.......and you can bet that if it turns out to be a snoozer.....Mayweather's PPV drawing power will drop dramatically.

Fortunately for Mayweather he's got an opponent in Pacquiao who is going to provide all the aggresiveness, and all Mayweather has to do is sit back and look like the greatest fighter who ever laced him up with the kind of target Pacquiao is going to provide for him to counter.

Your the one saying floyd by KO!!! Fact is since floyd has moved to 147, he has always been a potshotting defensive minded boxer.

I don't think Pacquiao is the type of fighter whom mayweather can just tee off like he did against Gatti. If ever, floyd would be too tight to open up on Pacquiao keeping the workrate very low, i don't know if he could force pacquiao to drop his work rate because pac can force floyd to open up.

It works against slow limp-wristed fighters who can't punch straight like baldomir. mayweather is a different type of counter puncher from Marquez. Floyd couldn't counter Judah in the beginning of their fight and took over only when Judah, winning comfortably, stopped fighting for mind-boggling reasons and decided he should just defend against erstwhile Floyd's failing pressure. If only judah kept the workrate and his speed, he could have been victorious or at least a split decision lost depending on how floyd could adjust

yea I do think that is how Floyd will win.. late round stoppage. Similar to the Hatton fight or how the Judah fight would have ended if it weren't for the low blow followed by a circus show..

but if he wins by points.. its still a win.. and isn't the point of fighting to win?

Mayweather won the fight because of effective pressure. Mayweather pressured all the southpaws he fought.

Manny is obviously Mayweather's hardest fight to date, if you need proof, look at FMJ sr's interviews where he expresses hesitance to put his son in the ring with Manny . . . this is a truly unpredictable fight

Lol there was no effective pressure in the beginning of the fight. Zab was landing whenever he wanted and floyd was beginning to get frustrated he was already lunging with his right hand and out of balance but he still misses. It was all on zab, he was winning yet he stopped fighting, he went on defense mode and was waiting to counter floyd. yoel judah was pleading him to throw punches but he didn't, i think he might have gassed out. that's when floyd started to pressure effectively, he started landing body punches at round five and six and was domintaing from that point on. But zab was menatlly finished as early as round 4, a round where in he was winning yet he was mentally breaking down, becoming gun shy for no reason at all
