[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22ZIc3aQr2c[/ame] Inspired by NBA Hall of Fame videos, I made an intro to a career retrospective for Floyd Mayweather Jr. Let me know what you think. Now i'm not sure where to go next. :think
Great stuff man, Next maybe some brief clips of Floyd in the olympics/winning a medal, then a lead in to his early KO wins as a pro, finishing with him being named Ring's 1998 Fighter of the Year.
Not bad....I'd lose the "Floyd's Career in Retrospect".....It doesn't really do Floyd and his legacy justice. Maybe something highlighting him being a legit ATG or being Hall of Fame fighter...
Nice video! Can't wait to see the new one you put up. Anyone know when GP is coming out with part 2 by chance?
Interesting suggestions :think, nothing is final at the moment I'm just trying to gather alot of footage of Floyd's earlier fights as I can begin to create from there.
Most overrated boxer of all time. Not this time, not that time, but all time. I'm serious. What boxer in the last two centuries has gotten this much love despite being an ******* and refusing to fight the best?
Definitely get some of his stuff from the first and last round of the Gerena bout, the Genaro Hernandez bout, Augustus and Manfredy bouts
It's ok but here is some more things you should include: 1. Mayweather beating women 2. Mayweather making racist remarks 3. Mayweather getting bummed by Big Bubba in his cell 4. Mayweather ducking Pacquiao, Martinez and Amir Khan
well looking back over the past 15 years. Whenever he does fight the best, people wait for him to beat the guy and then say the guy was a bum,and retroactively make up a bunch of reason why he never had a chance.
I don't care if Hitler accomplished what Floyd has - he'd still be an ATG. Is it the best resume I've ever seen? Of course not. There are many fighters who were better than Floyd. Putting him in the top 30-40 is normal. Boxing is a bad boy sport therefore people are lenient towards assholes. Just the way it is. Watch Polo or Chess if you want to see perfect gentleman behavior.
