Hahaha....Yeah it does. Floyd will have managed to avoid 2 of the top 10 fighters of his era in the matter of 3 weeks. He will be the 1st fighter in boxing history to do that.

By the way, with people questioning the examiner. The are just as credible as the rest of the boxing journalists. In fact, I guarantee you that all major outlets will follow Michael Marley's story in the next day or 2.

It will only add to his cherrypicking legacy.

yup, I am a huge floyd fan and put more blame on manny for those negotiations falling through than on floyd. If this report is true (which lets just say I have my doubts after the blown up and dehydrated comment + the miguel cotto super middleweight comment :huh in the article he linked) then I will not only jump from the floyd bandwagon, but I will be a card carrying member of the floyd is a gigantic vagina fan club. That being said I'm still holding out hope that this is just baseless rumors and the fight gets signed, as the days go on though I am more and more worried.

There have only been 2 articles from really unreliable sources. How am I supposed to take seriously some article that was not even edited or given a quick look over before he uploaded it. If Floyd does turn down the shane fight then I can no longer support him but at this point we have only this guy and another dude who has photoshop mockery pictures of Floyd on his website making these claims so until something more official comes out I aint buying it.

exactly, which is why I don't really give any credit to this or other articles I've seen posted lately. I swear to god beyond the obvious bias many of these writers have it seems as though they don't even proof read before hitting submit. I was basically just saying that if Floyd indeed turns down the fight, I'm going to be a mixture of very disappointed and absolutely disgusted.

I almost forgot that FMJ's last bout when he returned was to fight JMM! Why in heck a fighter that fought once in 154 be fighting an opponent that fought at 130 lbs 'til mid-30s??????

I know this is old and already happened. But someone please remind me how did the sport permitted that fight in the first place including myself?
