It makes sense though being the third bout. It makes a difference though b/c this card displays too much foregone conclusion otherwise.

If its Broner-John Molina than its a good undercard with a mismatch of a main event. If its the Molina that Khan beat than its a decent undercard with a mismatch of an main event.

Mayweather-Maidana: mismatch here and Maidana stands little chance

Khan-Collazo: good fight actually. Collazo is on the slide and is probably better looking on paper than he is in the ring at the moment. Still he's experienced and coming off a big win and Khan has been off over a year(by fight time) and hasn't looked great his last few fights.

Broner-Molina: if its John that this a nice fight. John Molina is a solid guy who can punch and he's catching Broner coming off his first loss but if its Carlos Molina than its a pretty uninteresting fight. Carlos Molina is just an ok type of fighter who has been off a year and a half by fight time

Love-Periban: this is a decent fight and better than the average first fight of a ppv which are usually show case fights. I think Love and Periban are at a similar level and they probably put on a decent fight.
