the consensus in the medical field is thatt the best way to rehydrate is through ingestion. IV s are usually applied under medical supervisin thus for the reason
the rules state you have to be granted medical authorization which is performed in a hospital

the world anti doping agency made them illegal otherwise bc the hide PEDs

I don't get where you get that 24/7 Floyd watch idea from and why, but I'm still waiting for that explanation?
Or are you one of the guys that are still in the denial stage, and act the IV never happend?

buddy I have been hospitalized for dehydration before. and I'm being serious.

I was hyperventilating and could barely move. I was taken to the ER and they put IV's in me and I was good within 5 minutes.

Drinking water was not going to fix me up.

steroids for private use and steroids for professional athletes have different rules

if you have a boxing license granted by british board of boxing, perhaps the BBoB
    observes WADA and the IOC

    Are you stupid?

THe NSAC and USADA have already cleared him and made statements in doing so.

    He did nothing wrong.

Floyd is literally on camera in some 24/7 vidoes having the drug testers show up at his gym and test him on the spot.

You are a grade a idiot.

Is their an actual government law though stating that it's illegal for sportsmen to take them? Because surely otherwise it's not a federal matter.

i believe it is local jurisdiction which can vary state to state which represents the problem in the US vs england

however, i beleieve universally that if it is on WADAs list....it is illegal

how NSAC gets escalated to a federal level is interesting at this point.

They were covering their asses for giving him a waiver, the rules that are there for all to read.
Note they chose their words carefully when asked about it, "We have no reason to assume mister Mayweather took any kind of performance enhancing drugs"...

Don't act like you can't see trough this

Yea, he was so interested in masking a PED, that he filed the paperwork in advance of having the IV administered. It amazes me the idiocy of some people. If I wanted to hide something, creating an official record of the activity isn't exactly a good way to do it.

FYI to morons - The guy just retired. Find a new boxer to hate on and move on with your lives.

Perception: Floyd didn't submit the proper paperwork and was trying to hide something.
Reality: Floyd filed the paperwork in advance, and it obviously sat on a desk longer than it should have.

What don't you understand about that statement?

You're even having a conspiracy theory on the NSAC statement

He took an approved IV of salt water and vit c

The NSAC And USADA have already approved it and said nothing was wrong.

There is nothing to talk about

Didn't you hear, according to posters on here, it's impossible for a boxer to become dehyrated because he doesn't need to make weight.

They can't find a reason why a boxer and a boxer known to train 2-3 times a day can become deheyrated.

There's always going to be that percentage of Mayweather fans, to whom anything can be sold.
