Mayweather NEVER really wanted the fight thats what i am saying he wanted no parts of 2009 Pac

Pac will potentially be walking away with 120 mill not bad for a fighter who has been knocked spark out not to long ago

You could be right but all Pacquaio had to say yes to extra testing and he would have got 50-50 and would have had his best chance to win considering that offer was in 2010.

Floyd is not psychic he didn't know Pacquaio wouldn't do random drug testing.

Pac's performances did have Mayweather rattled. He thought he was cheating and so asked for an unprecedented amount of testing.

Now what Manny should have said is "I'm not cheating so am willing to undergo any amount of testing you want as I'm a clean athlete. I'm just this good. Now let's make the fight."

For some reason he didn't and now many will wonder if we was indeed doping.

Did anybody actually forget this fact?

Of course the blood testing was a way for Floyd to duck Manny. After what Pacquiao did to Hatton and Cotto, Floyd wanted no part of that version of Pacquiao.

Remember, Floyd retired rather than face these 4 men who were pretty much in their prime then:

    Cotto
    Mosley
    Margarito
    Williams

This isn't brain surgery. Floyd is all about the "0," and he did what he needed to do so he could sell his fans on avoiding the fight. He fought Mosley once Mosley slowed down and he fought Cotto after both Margarito and Pacquiao chopped him down.

I give Floyd credit, though. He's a smart businessman. He understands what he's selling and what his audience wants. They ate up the excuse.

Why would he reasonably believe that Pacquiao would let the fight fall apart because he didn't want to get blood drawn? You know what is reasonable? That a guy would not be able to participate in a professional boxing match when he's incarcerated. Yet Pacquiao's side actually said that they would only fight in 2012 at a time when they knew Mayweather would be incarcerated.

Ellerbe already said he got tested like 3 times a month ago. Furthermore, let's just use some common sense. With two weeks to go before the fight, if Mayweather had never been tested, that would be a huge story. Trying to invent controversies is a waste of time.

Pac agreed to 50/50 and unlimited random URINE testing.....all the way up to the day of the fight.

The problem besides Floyd's new approach to negotiations became the BLOOD TESTING demands Floyd latched on to.

Let's just ****yze that for a minute. Blood testing? WADA doesn't include such aggressive invasive testing requirements where they draw samples all the way up to the day of a sporting event or in this case, a fight. Blood testing is administered sparingly for a few reasons...one being any invasive procedure involves health risks.....two....it's just not the most effective ways to catch those who are doping and three....It's by far the more expensive than random urine ****ysis.

The blood testing was just smoke and mirrors.
