Never fought a prime 'A' level fighter ever. Always waits for the softest opponent and uses Pacquiao to add hype to an easy bout. Shane, Ortiz and now he has one more left on May 5th. Just the Cotto fight alone is a tougher fight than anything on Floyd's resume. Floyd needs Pac more than Pac needs him. Mayweather still needs a defining fight and why against anyone other than Pac which will bring him the biggest payday of all time ? Either he still does not want the fight and only has more support in fighting a small 140lb fighter with nothing at Welter or he knows the Pac fight must happen and will finally seriously negotitate it fairly. How will it play out and will he fight Pac in May or June ? At this point another tune up will backfire. Boxing fans are fickle and the tides can turn again and again. Pac is more willing to take tougher fights and has Bradley ready in house.
corrales wasnt in his prime? castillo wasnt in his prime? judah wasnt in his prime? hatton wasnt in his prime? genaro hernandez wasnt in his prime?
Exactabox, man you get a lot of fast replies, can you post in my thread? http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=363465&page=2 :good
Thread starter-this game gets old doesn't it? -Floyd was deathly afraid of Shane, and when Shane jumped in the ring after the Marquez fight Floyd almost crapped his pants in fear. -Floyd would never take on a big, strong, young guy like Ortiz coming off an impressive victory. -He'd never fight a rough and tumble fighter such as Hatton, who could outmuscle and rough Floyd up ala Castillo. Look what Hatton did to Zoo! A guy that Floyd wanted absolutely NO parts of. -Floyd would never have to heart to fight De La Hoya, who was a bit worse for the wear but was naturally much bigger than Floyd and still very capable. - Even Brian Kenny accused Floyd of fearing Baldomir, who was on a 16 fight winning streak and had just dethroned the #1 WW (Zab Judah). The fact is Floyd has moved through 5 weight classes and fought top opposition while doing so. Besides Marquez (and Mitchell), pretty much every fight he has had recently was one that the public demanded and/or made sense. But then once he beats them easily he gets no credit for it. I can find tons of posts of yours' building up his recent opposition, and once he beats them you refuse to give him any credit. You even thought Ortiz was winning the fight against Floyd. Your hatred for Floyd does not allow you to think rationally.
All of these trolls roles are coming to an end...They look more and more pathetic after each shitty post the make!:-(
I'm talking about the boxer that won Fighter of the decade. Titles in 8 diff divisions, fearless with a better WW chin and resume. You talkin of a businessman with ZERO prime A level wins. Logoff troll.
