Victor was making Floyd miss alot this round!! :rofl 4:00-4:25 :rofl:rofl Void was swinging and catching nothing but air!
This is not about me being a Floyd fan, it's about being able to have a decent debate with fellow boxing fans without the constant bitter style posting that I see from posters such as yourself.
poor Ortiz and his trainer had no idea that Floyd's entire left arm is used as a timing mechanism to set off his counters. I remember they was talking about how they'll jab Floyd's shoulder on 24/7. Ortiz got caught with that right in the gif immediately after jabbing again when his previous jab was blocked by Floyd's forearm.
Sergio vs. Paul Williams was a cheap shot KO. Williams wasn't defending himself properly, so, of course that was a cheap shot KO (if some people on this site were consistent).
I thought Floyd won the round. I was watching the fight yesterday. Someone recorded the fight live and it's easier to see which punches were landing. In the beginning of fourth round, the uppercut stunned Ortiz. That is why he fell into Floyd. I originally thought Floyd stepped on his foot. Also whenever Ortiz got off on the ropes, Floyd would land about 5 flush punches after that.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ejExENGPC9k&feature=youtube_gdata_player Victor Ortiz got the crowd buzzing but it was ineffective and no clean landed shots
He landed around 3 clean shots and maybe two grazing ones. He missed more than he landed, but the point is that offensive had more of a physical effect on Floyd than any of Floyd's punches had on him. It's an argument of consistency throughout the hold round VS a couple of clean effective shots, but that was a clear turning point in the round in which Floyd was not in complete control.
JUst look at FLoyd's face and his frown when he was shaking his head. Ortiz was getting to him and landed a big right before the headbutt, before Floyd elbowed him in the face.
Ortiz was in for a long night-he lucky he cheated- fight was so easy for floyd-lmfao-was en route to bein up 4-0 with a 10-7 round if ortiz got up..
The name of the video is Mayweather vs Ortiz Live. It's about 14 plus minutes. I would post it but I'm on my phone.
