For once I would love to be able to see what Victories Ortits (slugger and Flexb) see . . . PBF was the only one landing clean shots. I Guess they do not realize when you are moving out the way and the punch grazes you its not a clean shot, or if you partially block a shot with your hand, forearm etc . . . its not a clean shot. there is also a difference between effective aggression and reckless abandon, a difference between pushing off with your forearm and throwing an elbow. watching the fourth round in slo-mo you can see that ortrees had floyd in close he was headbutting him, it happen about 4 times before the one leading to the 2 piece combo.

I was happy for victoria when he beat Berto and when he was finally gonna get a good payday against PBF. But now the more I see that replay I love seeing that idiot land on his back . . . Victoria is mental midget and deserved to get KTFO! idiot is dumber than the average tree!

Frustration, desperation (notice Floyd was still rolling the punches off or blocking 'em with his elbows and arms so Ortiz probably didn't feel the full impact of his punches still), could be a script, some hatred towards Floyd because of the crazy press cons, etc.

Bottom line is, we were robbed of a good fight, or at least a good show of skills.

I expect to see some good movement from Floyd in that fight[even though he hasn't shown much in his last two fights since the JMM fight]. He said he's going to standing his ground[He said the same thing when he fought Oscar, but he wasn't too stationary in that fight]. Cotto's jab is going to force Floyd to move a bit more than he wants to especially since Cotto throw it sharp to snap his opponents head back. Even when Manny countered his jab, he was still able to snapped Manny's head back and forth with it in the later rounds.

The right hook was Ortiz's best punch followed up by few of the other flurries he landed after that before he "Bradley'd" Floyd.

Why would an opinion of a ******* like yourself count in this thread? Everything you write in a Mayweather-based thread is done while simultaneously holding pacquiao's balls. The fourth round showed Ortiz staggering early in the round and also losing a point for a headbutt.

Ortiz stood there and allowed himself to get hit, after Void landed the first sucker punch, Ortiz pretended to not notice it, then allowed himself to get hit again. Did some tell Ortiz he had to throw the fight? It's so prefabricated that it reminds me of pro wrestling!

Mayweather was winning the round. He won all three completed rounds. Even if he lost the round I wouldn't harp on it. Mayweather tends to give away early rounds.
In the end the cheater Ortiz got what he deserved. He didn't headbutt Mayweather out of frustration. It was his game plan He started to use his head in the second round.

Great shot. Clearly remember Lampley saying nice left cross for Ortiz though!

    Have a listen.

Yep. I just don't undertstand how people say Vic was getting him rd 4. he caught him with a nice short uppercut and then once on the ropes he didn't hit him flush once (unless you count the CHEAP shot he thrrew on Mayweather, once Cortez broke them up after the headbutt)

It's just hilarious how much people dislike any fighter so much that it trick's their mind into seeing something that isn't happening:-(

Flush Right hook sent him to the ropes where the final headbutt happened. He managed to land straight lefts here an there and one could argue he won round 2.

I was a fan of Floyd until this fight, that's what u people don't understand. I can't stand behind a cheap shotter with no honor. Ortiz was having a good round prior to his meltdown. He was elbowed in the face which is clear as day in slomo though.

For Mayweather to lose a round, all it takes is for you tto graze 3 punches and ge thim on the rops when he lands 15 clean shots on you
