I like Mayweather but i cant help but feel what he done was scum, he had a right to get his own back yeah but the way in which he done it was a discrace hes one of the best fighters of all time he didnt need to wait until Ortiz was not looking to sucker punch him, which could of easily had serious a lot more serious outcome. Yes Ortiz butted Mayweather there is no defending that, but what Mayweather done was unforgivable. What if Ortiz was seriously hurt and sufferd permenant damage by that suker punch from Mayweather, how would this have been looked upon?
What if ortiz had knocked floyd out cold with that headbutt, What if :-( Ortiz got what he deserved, ain't floyd fault the kid got a glass chin.
There is a massive difference between a headbut and suker punching some one twice when they are not expecting it...MASSIVE DIFFERENCE. Floyd could have hit him low, give him a few rabbit punches or even took it to him and butted him back, What he did do was wait until he knew Ortiz had no chance and sucker punched him twice which could of ended the kids career and caused serious damage. I know people say this is fair game, but im wondering if this punch did cause serious damage to Ortiz would people still be saying the same
Some people will never get it. The gloves were off after those headbutts. Ortiz deserved it plus more. Floyd got him out of there as fast as he could. No opportunity left for additional headbutts. Ortiz responsible for his own demise. No sympathy. The result couldn't have been much better.
What the hell are u on about. Protect yourself at all times. It baffles me how floyd is made the bad guy in this situation. He did nothing illegal, ortiz did, yet Floyd gets slated.
