Hopefully it's bt since I get with the Internet package and dnt have to worry about that extra fee but can't see sky not going 100% all in for this
There are also letter coming out at the end of March to Sky subscribers informing of price increases. Big Abdul informs me that the top package is increasing by £4.50 per month and Sky Sports is increasing by £1 per month effective from June 1st.
Interestingly I got a letter today giving me a tenner off sky sports if I extend my broadband contract by an extra year, wondered what the catch was!
Now that we know sky have definatley got it let's just hope that they bring in Paulie (assuming he's not working with Showtime that night) again as part of the commentary team. We're stuck with Halling and Watt (I know he's finished but I will miss his voice when Jim retires) but at least with Paulie there for the Froch fight he made both step up their game Abit as well as us getting the benefit of his excellent ****ysis of what was going on. If Jim and Halling are left alone to do this fight it will be a disaster.
I like Paulie as a commentator, but has some beef with Pacquiao for some reason which might show in his work
If Sky put their prices up it might be the final straw for me. I may cancel and take my custom elsewhere.
If you ring them up and tell you that, they'll offer you something decent. When I lived at home my mum used to do that and save loads. You shouldn't have to really, but still...
Already got loadsa decent offers on my account but they expire around June time. What annoys me is that to watch the sport in HD you need the family pack which is currently 33 quid a month and then the sports on top of that plus the HD pack. It's a rip off I don't watch anything except sports yet I'm paying for the family pack.
Personally I'd like to have the option of listening to the American commentary team- it's not like Sky don't have the facility to do that.
Think this Pac v Money PPV and the loss of the De Gale fight bid has stuck one right up Eddie's arris regarding his PPV plans for 2015. Wembley Stadium has been booked for June 2015 and it is going to be empty unless Khan agrees to fight Brook together with AJ v Can number 12 and a Bellew v Clev trilogy.
